Vineet Dugad

He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) and has a bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University. He brings in rich experience with BSR & Co. LLP (an affiliate of KPMG) and with Mahajan & Aibara (an Internal Audit based firm).

During his tenure he got the opportunity to work on several assignments which includes Internal audit of listed companies, IPO (filing of DRHP), Limited Review of listed companies, year-end audits of private companies covering a variety of industry exposure including Hospitality, Commercial, Real Estate, Stock Exchange and Apparel.

He also manages matters related to GST appeals and assessments and providing corporate and non-corporate clientele with Financial assistance and Management Consultancy Services.

Yash Mehta

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”).

He has been with Grant Thornton India LLP and Khandelwal Jain and Co. wherein he gathered experience in the field of Statutory and Tax audits.

His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialise in conducting statutory audits of companies. He has a wide variety of industry exposure including Oil and Natural Gas, Steel, Pharma, Entertainment and Insurance.

Mihika maheshwari

She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”).

She has experience in the field of Income tax along with Statutory audits of corporate and non-corporate assesse including Bank Audits. She has applied her professional approach for preparation of Income tax return of corporate and non-corporate assesses, and providing consultancy of Income Tax Act, Companies Act and other allied laws applicable from concern to concern.

She has gained rich experience while working with large and mid-sized corporate concerns across the manufacturing and service sectors.

She has assisted in preparation of cases for Scrutiny Assessment, Re-assessment, and appeal before Hon’ble CIT[A] and ITAT.

Shachi singhai

She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) and has a bachelor’s degree in taxation from Devi Ahilya University.

She has experience in Finance, Statutory Audits, Income Tax and Companies Act compliances covering a vide range of industries including Food Processing, Apparel, Real Estate, Automobiles, Packaging. She has also been a part of team providing consultancy for listed clients.

Her core competence is in the field of Finance including Loan Syndication Services, Working Capital Management, Preparation of CMA Data, Project Reports, TEV Reports.
